Staffing Opportunities
Core Staff
The standard staff option is at least a 2 year commitment. This commitment is for someone who is interested in joining us in ministry as a full time staff. Duties may include taking leadership roles in existing ministries and coordinating interns for work duties and planning of ministry.
Intern
The intern position is a 1 year commitment. This is for the person who wants a short commitment but still involved in ministry and base staff. This is the shortest commitment for people who want to be part of the YWAM staff. Work will include all base ministries as well as practical work duties.
Mission Builder
The mission builder position is a 30-90 day commitment that usually does not require a visa. This is a position for both those who have not worked with YWAM before and those who have. If you are looking for a short term visit to get to know this country and its people or even familiarize yourself with YWAM, this is the position for you. Your work will be a supporting role while assisting in base needs and functions.
