WHO WE ARE | FELLOWSHIP OF FAITH
We are an English speaking International and interdenominational church. We believe that the death and resurrection of Jesus unites the church across all cultures. We welcome and invite you to join us as we seek a life of apprenticeship to Jesus together.
We run a service every Sunday at 4pm currently located at Strada Pădurii 2. We worship Jesus together and then our pastor or another leader from the community bring a short message to share. Afterwards, we all sit down and have a meal together - every single Sunday. We believe in relationship and walking out our Christianity together. Eating and breaking bread together is one practical way we do this.
OUR HEART FOR THIS MINISTRY
It wasn’t our intention to start a church during a pandemic, but the Lord had other plans for us and we are so thankful for what he has done with this ministry over the past couple years! The heart behind starting this church was twofold. Firstly, we want to be a blessing to people who need to hear the messages in English. These could be native speakers or people who can understand English better than Romanian or Hungarian. As of right now, our church is the only church in our whole city whose services are in English.
Secondly, our church will be a training church that equips people to serve within the church, either with us or in another church. We want to be a blessing to the community and serve them with intention and genuine relationships.
get involved
There are many ways you can get involved with our church and we would love to have you join us! Not only do we run weekly services on Sunday afternoons, but we are also have a community center / coffee shop in the works. This is a big project and we are definitely looking for helping hands to get involved!
We are still growing and learning along the way as we run our programs & pursue what the Lord has put on our hearts and we gladly welcome volunteers to come alongside us in this process.
